Over the past decade, I have experienced photography as an incomparable tool for breaking down language and cultural barriers, inspiring connection and vulnerability, and unveiling glimpses of honest humanity. I have had the privilege of entering into the homes of inspiring entrepreneurs, nomadic groups, and former rebel soldiers. The more I have traveled and shared time with others, the more I have witnessed and experienced the unrelenting spirit that connects us all. In my photography, I seek to bring this connection closer to the light.
